Math
We have completed the first week or so of school and things are starting to run a little smoother. With a number of new students and starting so early we have been taking things a bit slower to start out. This week should see the pace picking up a bit.
All classes
We have started our first DMR and our quiz will be Sept. 1. When making the quiz I use the exact same questions that we have covered in class.
We will be working on multiplying and dividing decimals.
I explained to the kids that we are building our own textbook in our binder. That is the place to look for explanations and how to do the problems with examples.
Wax Museum timelines are our first major grade in math and will be due the 28th. We have been working on them in class since August 21.
